It's crazy to think, but yes there are VEGANS amongst us here in Montana. And this is what they eat:

Let's not complicate things. 2-3 bananas, less than a cup of your favorite non-dairy milk, cinammon (spoon and a half), some vanilla (half spoonish), maybe pumpkin spice (two dashes). Blend. Dip each bread both sides, cook on a frying pan medium heat.
Banana French Toast
Oh contraire. Simple. Take a sweet potato, wrap it in some foil. Take six or seven pieces of asparugus wrap them in some foil. Put on the grill. Voila. Take a portobello mushroom, toss it on the grill too. Great meal. No shame.

Mix 2c UnsweetenedApplesauce, 1c RawSugar, 2ts vanilla. Separately, mix 1.5c UnbleachedWhiteFlour, 2/3c CocoaPowder, 4ts BakingPowder, 1ts BakingSoda, 1 ts salt, 1 dash cinnamon, combine mixes smoothly. Lightly spray the right sized pan, bake 25-30 min.
Applesauce Brownies (c - cup, ts - teaspoon)
Take your favorite lettuce, wash it off, put some on a plate. Heat up some black beans, pour them over the lettuce. Slice off a few pieces of red onion and put over the black beans. Cut up a tomato into small pieces and place on top, voila, nice lunch!
